How to Help Your Team Achieve Their Goals

It’s impossible for your team to talk about their personal development and career goals, maybe they never think about them or don’t have a great answer ready.

  1. Invest in getting to know them more:
    Humans are social animals, the more you have rapport with your team, the more they’ll be likely to open up.
  2. Tell them their career matters to you:
    You should know that each one in your team works for themselves. You need to embrace that they won’t work for you forever.
    Let them know you have that belief and they will have happiness and fulfilling careers.
  3. Share the vision and the goal of the team:
    You always share the team’s vision, and your team always know what they need to do and what they can do.
    The best thing is that they deem themselves the owners, not the servers.
